The Financial Markets business of McArthur Murray was conceived over seven  years ago in Dubai . Today, the FM team offers over 35 years of experience in search and selection across four continents.  

The combination of consultants from offshore international markets, and local regional research and assignment managers has proved to be a powerful and successful model.  

Our success is simple; transparency, hard work and a commitment to achieve by working in partnership with our clients. We operate on a traditional mandated basis across a broad range of banking and financial market verticals. Whilst the bulk of our projects are for single or multiple hires, we are increasingly involved in start-up’s and turn-around situations.
