Throughout the process we work communicate at all stages preferring to work on a collaborative basis with you. During interview process we ensure that all parties are kept informed at all stages of what is happening. We work with you to negotiate the package for the successful candidate and at the same time ensure that the other short listed candidates are treated correctly. We negotiate the notice periods ensuring the candidate commences employment with you. We will meet with you post placement to review the project.
